How often our prayers are dominated by petition and practically devoid of praise. "Let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise—the fruit of lips that confess his name" (Hebrews 13:15).

     Adoration of God is not so much for His sake as for ours. It is the best therapy for our dark times!
