Combine the following ingredients and take 1 Tablespoon 10 minutes before meals (time by the clock).

1 tsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Gluco Mannin
1 tsp Methyl Cellulose
Small amount of honey

All ingredients can usually be found at your local health food store. Otherwise, search a health food store online and order them.
